August 15, 2014

Only 2 more weeks to go before our gorgeous Autumn/Winter catty launches (woohoo!) but for those of you chomping at the bit to get started on Christmas cards, I have a little inspiration for you from our current stamp range.

The Daydream Medallions and Floral Frames used to create the Christmas wreath are in this month’s Big Shot Bundle offer – saving you 15%!

Better still, get the duo completely free when you order a Big Shot before the end of August!!

You can order online or drop me an email to find out about other methods of ordering.

The card base is an A6 portrait of Old Olive. The largest of the Daydream Medallions was stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto Old Olive card and the next largest stamped in Old Olive ink onto Pear Pizazz card. Each was die cut with the matching Floral Frames framelit (buy the bundle this month only to save 15%). After lining up the two designs, the centre was cut out of both of them at the same time using the next smallest Floral Frames framelit. After stamping the sentiment from Sassy Salutations in Cherry Cobbler ink onto a layer of Very Vanilla, it was matted onto a larger layer of Cherry Cobbler card. The smaller wreath was popped up on the larger one with dimensionals and then Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon looped around both, before popping up the wreath up on dimensionals on the card front layers, fastening the looped ribbon on the reverse. These layers were adhered direct to the card front. A bow of Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon was added to the top of the wreath with Mini Glue Dots and then Cherry Cobbler Candy Dots were used to finish it.

On the Very Vanilla insert the sentiment and sprigs of holly from the Happy Hour set were stamped in Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler.

Have a great weekend.
