This has been my thank you card to customers during January. It uses what is currently the most popular Sale-a-bration freebie, the Lotus Blossom stamp set … and just a touch of another freebie, the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack.

The card base is a small square of Smoky Slate, matted with Basic Gray and then Calypso Coral. After stamping the most solid Lotus Blossom with Smoky Slate onto a Whisper White mat, the middle blossom was inked with Basic Gray, stamped off once and then stamped over the top of the Slate blossom. Basic Gray was stamped at full strength saturation for the top most blossom. Both the speckled stem and the sentiment were also stamped in Basic Gray ink before adhering the layer direct to the card front. Calypso Coral Ribbon from the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack was tied in a knot and added at the top of the flower stem with a Mini Glue Dot.

On the Whisper White insert the middle blossom was stamped in Smoky Slate ink.
