We used the Big Day Sale-a-bration freebie in our March card class and this was the “simply stamped” card. Okay, perhaps not entirely simple but it didn’t need punches, a Big Shot or any other major tools to put it together 🙂

The card base is an A6 portrait of Early Espresso, matted top right and bottom left with Coastal Cabana paper from the 2013-2015 In Color DSP Stack. After stamping the cake and candle from Big Day (Wood 139109 or Clear 139112 – if ordering online then you get to choose your Sale-a-bration freebie when you checkout) with Black Stazon ink, onto Whisper White card, they were coloured with the 2013-2015 In Color Markers and adhered to the bottom right section of the card front. The “Celebrate Your Big Day” sentiment was stamped onto more Whisper White card with Black Stazon and again onto Coastal Cabana. After hand cutting out the “Celebrate” from the Coastal Cabana version, it was popped up on slivers of dimensionals over the Whisper White panel. “Cake” was coloured with the Coastal Cabana marker, then again with a 2-way Glue Pen and Dazzling Diamonds glitter applied over the top. Early Espresso Seam Binding Ribbon and Bermuda Bay Sequin Trim were wrapped around the panel and adhered on the back and a bow of the Seam Binding Ribbon added with Mini Glue Dots before adding the panel to the card front.

On the inside, another two sentiments from the same Big Day set were stamped with Black Stazon.
