Party Wishes spots card

Well, this Party Wishes stamp set is retiring at the end of May but I thought I’d share at least one more card with it before it goes. Although there is a little punch pack for punching out the dinky cupcakes, balloons and candles, it’s very easy to use the stamp set on it’s own. And those cupcakes fit inside the spots of the It’s My Party DSP – just about!

The card base is an A6 portrait of Sahara Sand. A panel of It’s My Party DSP was stamped in each spot with the teeny cupcake from the Party Wishes stamp set in Sahara Sand, Pink Pirouette and So Saffron inks. This stamped panel was then adhered direct to the card front. The cake from the same stamp set was stamped onto Whisper White card using Sahara Sand ink. Melon Mambo ink was used to stamp the Party Wishes sentiment over the top of the cake and then the candles were added with Crushed Curry ink. After punching out with the  2-1/2″ Circle, the edge was trimmed away and the remaining circle popped up on dimensionals on the card front.

On the Whisper White insert, the sentiment was stamped in Sahara Sand ink. The balloon and string were added in the same ink and then again in Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry.

Thanks for stopping by.
