Last week’s Friday feature, showing how to use our all occasion stamp sets for Christmas cards, used Tag It. For every Tag It stamp set sold, Stampin’ Up!  donates £2 to Ronald MacDonald House Charities – a great way to increase your crafting stash and help make a difference Laughing.

And Tag It is not just great for Christmas cards. Today I’m back with a bright birthday card, for the young or young at heart, using the same stamp set.

The card base is an A6 portrait of Gumball Green, matted with Bermuda Bay and Birthday Basics DSP (130145). The birthday gecko from the Tag It set (W130300 or C130303) was stamped in Gumball Green ink onto Whisper White card and die cut out with the Chalk Talk framelits (129983). This tag was matted onto Gumball Green card and then popped up on dimensionals on the card front. Just the balloons from the sam stamp were stamped again in Raspberry Ripple, Crisp Cantaloupe and Bermuda Bay inks and different balloons were hand cut out. These were popped up over the original balloons on slivers of dimensionals. A small piece of Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon (126848) was folded over and adhered to the tag with Mini Glue Dots and a small bow of Bermuda Bay Taffeta Ribbon (131206) attached in the centre in the same way.

On the Whisper White insert, the sentiment from Sassy Salutations (W132070 or C126707) and the balloons from the Tag It set were stamped in Bermuda Bay ink.

Don’t forget that you can get the Birthday Basics DSP as part of the Buy 3, Get 1 Free Offer this month.
