This is the thank you card that I gave to my customers in September. It uses one of the hostess sets, Simply Sketched, which as well as being a fantastic little set of images and sentiments, is also brilliant value for hostesses at £13 for wood mount and just £10 for clear mount. And of course if you host a workshop with sales of £250 this month, then you get an extra £25 of hostess freebies!

The card base is a small square of Basic Gray. A Tea Lace Paper Doily (129399) was adhered offset and any overhang was trimmed away. After stamping the poppy image and the thank you sentiment from Simply Sketched (hostess set W129669 or C129672) onto Whisper White card using Black Stazon, it was die cut out using the Circles Collection framelits (130911). Markers were used to colour the poppies, including outlining the image with Soft Sky to help define it. A frame of Real Red card was also die cut with the circles and adhered over the image. After trimming away the edge of the circle, it was adhered direct to the front of the card.

The insert was simply stamped with the same poppy image in Real Red ink.
