2014 – 16 In Color sampler – sneak peek

June 26, 2014

something to say close up

Today’s sneak peek is a sampler card that uses all the new 2014-16 In Colors, combining them with the new Something to Say sentiment set and matching punch from the Itty Bitty Accents trio and then mixes all that up to meet our sketch challenge this week over at SUDSOL:

Sketch246

I skipped the buttons, but stuck with circles for my layout.

something to say

The card base is an A6 landscape of Hello Honey, stamped along the lower edge with the first half of the birthday sentiment from Something to Say in Blackberry Bliss ink. Panels were cut 1-1/4″ wide, from (looking left to right) Blackberry Bliss, Tangelo Twist, Lost Lagoon and Mossy Meadow card and a 1″ Circle (119868) punched in the end of each. The panels were popped up on dimensionals evenly across the card front. A 3/4″ Circle (119873) punched from each colour of card was adhered in the centre of each aperture, direct to the card front. After stamping the small flower from Something to Say, onto Whisper White card in matching inks, each was punched out with the flower from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack and adhered to the centre of each circle.

something to say inside

On the inside, the other half of the birthday sentiment was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink and more flowers were stamped in Hello Honey.

Hope that you’re enjoying these sneak peeks. Not long now until the new catty is here and if you’d like to spread the cost of your spending, then take a look at our Stampers 6 Club where you can earn freebies too.
