Something to Say June thank you – sneak peek

June 29, 2014

something to say close up

As I was so late posting last night, I’ve scheduled this post in advance. When it goes live I’ll still be at the Sheffield Steam & Vintage Rally 🙂

This has been my thank you to my customers during June. It uses the new Something to Say stamp set and the matching Itty Bitty Accents punch pack – which is a trio, I’ve just used the flower but there’s a heart and a star too.

The card base is a small square of Daffodil Delight, matted with Watercolor Wonder DSP (132994 – it retires tomorrow so this is your last chance to grab it). A slightly smaller square of Tangerine Tango card was punched in the four corners with the flower from the Itty Bitty Accents before popping it up on the card from with dimensionals. Tangerine Tango ink was used to stamp the small flower from Something to Say onto Whisper White card four times before punching out with the same flower punch and arranging on the card front between the apertures. The Thank You sentiment from Something to Say was stamped in Tangerine Tango ink onto Whisper White card, punched out with the Ticket Duo (126883), sponged around the edges with more Tangerine Tango ink and adhered direct to the card. Finally, Basic Rhinestones (119246) were added to the centres of the flowers, including the negative spaces of the apertures.

On the inside the small flowers were stamped across the bottom corner with Daffodil Delight ink.

Don’t forget that there’s just today and tomorrow left to get hold of retiring products (a lot have already sold out) so please shop now to avoid disappointment if there’s something you’ll miss.
