This was another of the cards the we made at our Sale-a-bration Celebration on Saturday. It uses both the Irresistibly Yours Specialty DSP and the Lotus Blossom stamp set – two separate Sale-a-bration freebies and joint favourites among my customers it seems 🙂

The card base is a small square of Blush Blossom, matted with Strawberry Slush card. Blush Blossom was used to stamp the most solid Lotus flower onto Whisper White card. The middle flower was inked with Strawberry Slush ink, then stamped off, before stamping over the original. The least solid flower was then inked also with Strawberry Slush ink and stamped at “full strength” over the others. This Lotus Blossom was then adhered direct to the card front. A 2-1/2″ Circle was punched from a square of the leafy Irresistibly Yours DSP and then the outer frame sponged with Blush Blossom ink (and any excess wiped away) before popping up on the card front using dimensionals.

A sentiment from the same Lotus Blossom set was stamped direct with Strawberry Slush ink on the inside of the card.
