I recently shared a card created with background papers from the Perfectly Artistic DSP pack (a freebie with purchase during Sale-a-bration). At the time I also said how great the papers would be for making boxes and bags – so here’s a box made with them 🙂
The box is folded from one pattern of the Perfectly Artistic DSP, following the instructions provided by Tanya Bell ( a very talented Australian demo). A belly band was formed from Whisper White card, matted with a strip of a contrasting colour of paper from the same pack. A flower was die cut from Blushing Bride card with one of the new Botanical Builder framelit dies. The centre was die cut from Basic Black card using another of the dies in the framelit set and then finished with a basic Pearl. Two leaf fronds die cut from Wild Wasabi were tucked beneath the flower which was popped up on the belly band with a dimensional.
The box is the perfect size to hold our embellishment containers – there’s both a large (deep) and small (shallow) one in here.
The Perfectly Artistic DSP pack is only available until 15 February 2016, along with both the Sky is the Limit and the Hello stamp sets – so if you like any of these, you’ll need to get hold of them early on during our Sale-a-bration period – please don’t leave it too late.
