Happy Halloween! And of course I have a treat for you, the only tricks here are crafty ones.
Today is Day 20 and our final day of our 20 day series of projects using patterned paper (also known as Designer Series Paper or DSP for short). Today we’re using up scraps to create a Christmas wreath ornament.
Don’t forget that today is the last day to get hold of our exclusive Merry Patterns set for free. It’s also the last day to take advantage of our Buy Three, Get One Free promotion on DSP. Grab ’em while you can!
This video is oldie but goodie and while the decoration is slightly different for today’s version the basic instructions for the wreath remain the same.
Christmas Around the World DSP was used to make the wreath. Real Red Solid Ribbon was poked through a hole in the top of the wreath and knotted to create a hanger. The same ribbon was tied in a bow and added to the ornament with a Mini Glue Dot. Using Real Red ink, a sentiment from Merry Patterns was stamped onto a narrow strip of Whisper White card, the ends were flagged, the sentiment curled over a bone folder and popped up on the ornament with dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by.
