I’m back today with another one of the designs I made for my swaps at the weekend. In previous years I’ve generally made 50-60 of the same design. That’s easier for me in terms of time spent designing but it can get a bit too repetitive. This year I made 4 batches of 10-20 different designs. It needed a little more planning time but it was more fun đŸ™‚
I used Year of Cheer Specialty DSP (because it definitely has the wow factor) and combined it with Merry Mistletoe as it has great sentiments.
The card base is a small 4″ square of Chocolate Chip card, matted with Year of Cheer Specialty DSP. A sentiment from Merry Mistletoe was stamped onto a scrap of Whisper White with Versamark ink and then heat embossed with Copper EP. This was die cut out with a Layering Circle Oval and matted onto another Oval die cut from Chocolate Chip card. A Foil Snowflake was cut into three pieces and one of the pieces adhered behind the ovals before popping the sentiment up on dimensionals on the front of the card.
On the Whisper White insert, another sentiment and a bough from the same Merry Mistletoe set were stamped in Chocolate Chip ink.
Thanks for stopping by.
Remember to pop back tomorrow evening to reserve your Stamparatus!
