It’s less than 11 weeks to Christmas – can you believe it! So it’s time for another Christmas gift tag.
This tag was made to match the masculine Christmas card here and uses the same colour combo.
The tag is a 4-1/4″ long piece of Merry Merlot that is just a hair under 2″ wide so that it slides easily into the Scalloped Tag Topper punch. Two more tags were created from Whisper White card that was 4″ long and 1-3/4″ wide.Using Merry Merlot ink, a sentiment from Merry Christmas To All was stamped near the tag hanger and then a single holly leaf from the set was stamped above with Tranquil Tide ink. A piece of Joyous Noel Specialty DSP was cut diagonally and adhered to the stamped Whisper White tag and then a sliver of Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper was adhered right up the the edge of the paper before adhering all layers direct to the front of the tag. A single teeny holly berry was punched from the Merry Merlot Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper and adhered over the stamped holly leaf (I used the buttons from the Cookie Cutter punch but there are many alternatives). Merry Merlot & Copper Reversible Ribbon was threaded through the top of the tag.
The reverse of the tag has a To/From sentiment from the same set stamped in Merry Merlot ink.
