Time for a tag – a little late this week as the Online Extravaganza was too good not to share. Hope you all got your deals!
This week’s Christmas tag is designed to co-ordinate with yesterday’s card and uses the Snow Is Glistening stamp set – an exclusive set that is only available until tomorrow.
As I mentioned, this colour chopping technique is so very straightforward that you might not need any instruction, but just in case I’ll be back with a technique post very soon.
As yesterday, the colour combo is Granny Apple Green, Old Olive and Lemon Lime Twist, with just a dab of Shaded Spruce.
Pieces of Granny Apple Green, Old Olive and Lemon Lime Twist card were cut and arranged in a triangle (adhered to the back of the tag, see below) and stamped with the tree from the Snow Is Glistening set in Shaded Spruce ink. Small Basic Rhinestones were added to the centres of the larger snowflakes and a larger one to the top of the tree.
Another, matching triangle of Lemon Lime Twist was stamped for the reverse of the tag using the To/From sentiment from Signs of Santa, also in Shaded Spruce ink. After adhering the front and reverse together direct, some Old Olive Sheer Ribbon was tied through the tag for hanging.
Thanks for stopping by.
