A little break from all the Christmas projects today. This card is an any occasion card, a “just because” card for touching base with a friend.

It combines the Delightfully Detailed laser-cut Specialty DSP and the Eastern Beauty stamp set which has sentiments that work well with the circles in the paper.

The colour combo is Mint Macaron, Blackberry Bliss and Grapefruit Grove.

The base is an A6 landscape of Mint Macaron. Two small Layering Circles were die cut from Grapefruit Grove card and sentiments from Eastern Beauty were stamped on them with Blackberry Bliss ink. These were adhered direct behind the two largest vanilla circles on a panel of Delightfully Detailed laser-cut Specialty DSP which was then adhered direct to a panel of Mint Macaron. Another sentiment from the set, shaped on an arc, was stamped with Blackberry Bliss ink direct to the layer. This layer was adhered direct to a card front layer of Blackberry Bliss card and then direct to the card front. Faceted Dots were adhered to the centres of the unstamped circles to finish.

On the Very Vanilla insert, another sentiment from the Eastern Beauty set was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink and then a motif was repeat stamped down the right hand side.
