This Perennial Essence card is a sneak peek of one of our new suites. Products suites are bundles of co-ordinated products designed to work together, simplifying your crafting experience.

This sneak peek includes Perennial Essence DSP, Vellum and Floral Centers and the Floral Essence stamp set and matching Perennial Flower punch. We’ve also “borrowed” linen thread from another suite.

The Perennial Essence DSP is full of soft Monet-esque handprinted images. Coloured vellum cardstock is also part of the suite and the pack contains a mix of Old Olive, Petal Pink and So Saffron, all in 12″ x 12″.

Colour Combo

The colour combination mixes Blackberry Bliss, Petal Pink and Flirty Flamingo.

Instructions

First, create an A6 portrait card base from Blackberry Bliss card and mat with Perennial Essence DSP. On a panel of Whisper White card, stamp the large outline flower from the Floral Essence set three times with Blackberry Bliss ink. Adhere direct to the card front. Use the same ink to stamp a sentiment from the same set onto a strip of Whisper White card. After flagging it at one end pop it up on the card front with dimensionals.

Next, use Flirty Flamingo ink to stamp the petal trio onto Petal Pink vellum four times. After allowing the ink to dry, punch out with the matching Perennial Flower. Layer two flowers together at a time, offsetting the petals and adhere direct to the card front. Add Perennial Essence Floral Centers to finish the punched flowers. Finally, tie a bow in Mossy Meadow Linen Thread (part of the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack) and add to the card front with a Glue Dot.

These Perennial Essence Floral Centres are soft and fuzzy, adding real texture and dimension to the card.
