This Tufted Magnolia birthday card combines the Good Morning Magnolia bundle with Itty Bitty Birthdays against a Tufted embossed background.

The Magnolia Lane suite also has some great DSP to co-ordinate with it (see a previous card here) but I think this larger flower stamp needs a less busy background to show it off fully.

Colour Combo

This colour combo mixes Petal Pink, Basic Black and Old Olive.

Instructions

Start with an A6 portrait of Petal Pink card. Spritz a card front layer of Basic Black with a little water and run it through the Tufted embossing folder. Allow to dry fully. Wrap Organdy Striped Ribbon around the embossed layer before adhering it direct to the card front. Using Memento Black ink, stamp the large flower from the Good Morning Magnolia set onto Whisper White card. Die cut out with the Magnolia Memory dies. Colour the stamped flower with Blends; Petal Pink, Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake and Old Olive. Pop the magnolia up on the card front with dimensionals. Using Memento Black ink, stamp the sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays onto Petal Pink card. Die cut out with a Layering Circle. Die cut a scalloped Layering Circle from Basic Black card. Adhere the two circles together and pop up on the card front with dimensionals.

On the Whisper White insert, stamp another sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays with Memento Black ink. Use Petal Pink ink to stamp the small magnolia blossom from Good Morning Magnolia in the lower right corner.
