Small Bloom rainbow card

January 21, 2020

This Small Bloom rainbow card is very simple and perfect for a beginner crafter. There are many ways in which a more experienced crafter could step it up.

This is a CASE (Copy And Share Everything) of a rainbow butterfly card that I made last year.

The colours were chosen so that only one pack of mixed cardstock is needed. Peaceful Moments was selected for the sentiments as it covers a variety of occasions – great for a beginner crafter.

Sale-a-bration bonus – buy the stamp set, cardstock, ink pad and rhinestones (total £47.50) needed to make this card and get the Small Bloom punch free.

Instructions

Small Bloom rainbow card

Start with an A6 landscape card of Poppy Parade. Adhere a card front layer of Gorgeous Grape direct. Using Memento Black ink, stamp a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments set onto another card front layer of Whisper White. Adhere this direct to the card front. Use the Small Bloom punch to punch flowers from Poppy Parade, Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point and Gorgeous Grape card. Shape each flower, folding the petals upward. Adhere them across the card front in a rainbow order. Tip – to keep the spacing even, adhere the outermost blooms first then space the others evenly between.

Insert using sentiment from Peaceful Moments set.

On the Whisper White insert stamp another sentiment from the Peaceful Moments set using Memento Black ink.

Have a great weekend.
