Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator

Ornate Label Me Lovely

May 25, 2020

This Ornate Label Me Lovely card was one of the make and takes at our May Paper Dolls Inspiration Meeting. It was another virtual meeting but this time we also used Zoom as well as our Facebook group.

Ornate Label Me Lovely

Kits are sent out in advance and teammates are welcome to use the pieces as they wish if they don’t want to copy my design. It’s Stampin’ Up! policy that we can’t send stamped images as part of a kit, so my team use their own stamps to add whichever sentiment they prefer.

Would you like to join our next Paper Dolls team meeting? The June 2020 Paper Dolls Inspiration Meeting is scheduled for 2 June 7pm-9pm. Please email me if you’d like to take part and find out more about the benefits of being a demonstrator.

INSTRUCTIONS

Ornate Label Me Lovely

Start with an A6 portrait card of Old Olive. Run the top part of a card front layer of Very Vanilla through the the Ornate Floral 3D embossing folder. Adhere a panel of Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to the bottom of the card front layer. Wrap Terracotta Tile Ornate Garden Ribbon around the join between DSP and embossed card before adhering the layers direct to the card front. Add a bow of the same ribbon to the centre with a mini glue dot. Punch one Label Me Lovely shape from Old Olive card and one from Very Vanilla card. Using Old Olive ink, stamp a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments set onto the vanilla label. Snip the Olive label in half and mat behind the stamped one before popping up on the card front with dimensionals.

On the Very Vanilla insert, add a narrow strip of the same DSP as used on the front.

Thanks for stopping by.
