Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator

Sneak peek of Gilded Autumn

July 21, 2020

As there are now just two weeks to go until our August-December catalogue launches, I thought I’d start with a few glimpses of the new products coming up. Today I have a sneak peek of the Gilded Autumn suite.

Sneak peek of Gilded Autumn

This sneak peek is a special thank you card that I sent out on Friday to anyone who has shopped with me in the last six months – together with a copy of the upcoming August-December catty.

Would you like a catty of your own to mark up with your wishlist? If you don’t already have a demonstrator and you’re in the EU, then please email me and I’ll pop one in the post to you.

The Stitched So Sweetly labels used on this card are already available. I used the same ones on this Nothing’s Better than Cocktails card.

Instructions

Sneak peek of Gilded Autumn

Start with an A6 landscape card of Cajun Craze. Mat different size panels of Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP to a card front layer of Very Vanilla. Wrap with Basket Weave ribbon from the Combo Pack, securing on the reverse before adhering direct to the card front. Die cut two different size labels from Cajun Craze and Very vanilla card using the Stitched So Sweetly dies. Using Early Espresso ink, add a sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn set to the vanilla label. Adhere the labels together direct and pop them up on the card front with dimensionals.

Using Early Espresso ink, stamp two outline oak leaves and an acorn from the stamp set onto scraps of Very Vanilla card. Add solid leaves and the acorn nut over the top of the outlines using Crumb Cake ink. Add the acorn cap using Cajun Craze ink. Punch out with the Autumn Punch Pack and pop up over the sentiment label with mini dimensionals.

On the Very Vanilla insert, stamp another sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn set using Early Espresso ink. With Crumb cake ink, add three stems of wheat to the bottom left corner at different heights. Using Early Espresson ink, add three maple leafs down the right side, rotating the direction of the leaves. Add solid colour over the top of each with Cajun Craze ink.

Tie in the Very Vanilla envelope by stamping an acorn and an outline oak leaf using Early Espresso ink. Add a solid leaf and the acorn nut over the top of the outlines using Crumb Cake ink. Add the acorn cap using Cajun Craze ink.

Thanks for stopping by.

Sara xx

This post will be edited with shopping supplies for this Sneak peek of Gilded Autumn card project when the new catty goes live.
