This Brightly Gleaming Bauble card, combines returning DSP with a new stamp set, all from the August-December catalogue. I gave a sneak peek of this card in my recent online workshop.
You may have spotted that we have a few returning favourites in this catalogue, dotted in amongst all the brand new products. I was really pleased to see these papers come back because Pretty Peacock is one of my favourite colours and I love the copper foiling for the touch of glitz.
I’ve used the obvious Christmas design for this card but most of the other patterns in the pack can be used year round.
The reversible ribbon has carried forward from last year and it’s just so pretty, perfect for this card.
COLOUR COMBO
This colour combo mixes Night of Navy, Old Olive and Metallic Copper.
INSTRUCTIONS
Start with an A6 portrait card of Night of Navy. Take a large panel of Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP and mat onto Old Olive card. Wrap a short piece of Old Olive/Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon over the top of the layers before popping up on the card front with dimensionals. Using Night of Navy ink, stamp a sentiment from the Wrapped In Christmas set onto a scrap of Very Vanilla. Die cut out with a Layering Circle and mat onto the next size of Layering Circle die cut from Night of Navy card. Pop up on the card front with dimensionals, overlapping the end of the ribbon. Tie a bow of the same ribbon and add to the top of the “bauble” with a mini glue dot. Finish with some Blue Adhesive-Backed Gems.
On the Very Vanilla insert, stamp a sentiment from the Wrapped In Christmas set using Night of Navy ink. Add a strip of the same DSP used on the front of the card along the base.
Thanks for stopping by.

Unfortunately the changeover to the new catty has introduced some slight issues with the product I usually use to create the shopping links for you. I’ll be back soon to link to the supplies you need for this Brightly Gleaming Bauble card.
