Tutorial for hand-penned congrats card

May 12, 2021

Today’s tutorial is for a hand-penned congrats card. This is another simple card, suitable for a beginner crafter as it doesn’t need too many supplies.

In the tutorial below, I take you step by step through creating the hand-penned congrats card. I also have a supply list for purchasing anything you don’t already own.

Start with a Hand-penned Memories & More Card & Envelope. Cut a large panel of Hand-penned DSP (I selected the pattern that is an enlarged version of the one on the flap of the envelope). Mat onto Cinnamon Cider card and pop up on the card front. Using Cinnamon Cider ink, stamp a sentiment from A Grand Kid onto a narrow strip of Basic White card. Mat onto more Cinnamon Cider card and pop up on the card front with dimensionals. Finish with some Genial Gems.

On the inside of the card, stamp the paired sentiment from A Grand Kid using Cinnamon Cider ink. Trim a narrow strip of the same pattern of DSP used on the front and adhere to the right side of the inside of the card.

The matching printed envelope is also included the hand-penned memories & more cards & envelopes pack.

I also used the ready printed cards at my online workshop last Wednesday night.

Please join my Facebook Group to see how I made these and to join my future workshops.

Thanks for stopping by.
