Today’s tutorial is for a Tree Lot tree hanger treat. The cute little caravan from the Tree Lot dies, sandwiches a treat to hang on the tree.

In the tutorial below, I take you step by step through creating the Tree Lot tree hanger treat. I also have a supply list for purchasing anything you don’t already own (the order code for the Tree Lot dies is 159938).

Colour Combo

This colour combo mixes Poppy Parade, Metallic Gold and Evening Evergreen.

Using the Tree Lot dies, die cut two caravans from Poppy Parade card. Die cut the curtain and wreath from Evening Evergreen card and the caravan cladding and bow from Gold Foil. Colour the stand and the tyre with a Basic Black marker. Adhere the wreath to the door and the curtain behind the window. Trim a piece of Basic White card to fit behind the windows and adhere in place. Adhere the cladding and bow direct to the front of the caravan and wreath.

Cut a strip of Poppy Parade card and curl over a bone folder. Add one side of the hanger to the back of the decorated caravan with Tear & Tape. Use more Tear & Tape to hold your treat in place. Curl the hanger over and adhere the other caravan to the back of the treat, trapping the hanger in place. Hang from the tree!
