Today’s tutorial is for a quick Festive Christmas card. The pattern on the background DSP is accented with the Adhesive-Backed Stars.

In the tutorial below, I take you step by step through creating the quick Festive Christmas card. I also have a supply list for purchasing anything you don’t already own.

Colour Combo

This colour combo mixes Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen and Poppy Parade.

Quick Festive Christmas card

Start with an A6 portrait card of Evening Evergreen. Cut a card front layer (3-7/8″ x 5-1/2″) of Poppy Parade card and adhere centrally, direct to the card front. Cut the next layer (3-5/8″ x 5-1/4″) of Festive Foils Specialty DSP and adhere centrally, direct to the card front. Using Evening Evergreen ink, stamp a sentiment from the Brightest Glow set onto a strip (1/2″ x 3-7/8″) of Basic White card. Mat onto (3/4″ x 3-7/8″) Evening Evergreen card. Adhere the sentiment strip direct to the card front. Finish by adding Adhesive-Backed Stars in alignment with the pattern of the DSP.

Quick Festive Christmas card insert

On the Basic White insert, using Evening Evergreen ink, stamp another sentiment from the Brightest Glow set. Add borders of Festive Foils Specialty DSP and Evening Evergreen card along the base.
