Today’s tutorial is for a dandy designs thank you card. One of the striped patterns of DSP will be accented with other patterns from the same pack.

This card uses similar papers to this gem dots thank you card. Here I used gems to accent the dot patterns in the papers.

Colour Combo

This colour combo mixes Balmy Blue, Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay.

Dandy designs thank you card

Start with an A6 portrait card of Balmy Blue. Cut a card front layer of striped Dandy Designs DSP. Adhere strips of different but colour co-ordinated patterns of the Dandy Designs DSP in line with the stripes. Trim away any excess overhanging the card front layer. Mat onto Coastal Cabana and then direct to the card front. Using Bermuda Bay ink, stamp a sentiment from the Plentiful Plants set onto a strip of Basic White card. Trim both ends of the sentiment strip diagonally. Pop the strip up on the card front with dimensionals, aligning it with the diagonal pattern.

Dandy designs thank you card insert

On the Basic White insert, using Bermuda Bay ink, stamp another sentiment from the Plentiful Plants set. Add a borders of Dandy Designs DSP across the base.
