Tutorial for quick conversation thank you card

April 10, 2023

Today’s tutorial is for a quick conversation thank you card. It combines the Conversation Bubbles bundle with a cute character style DSP.

Each week over on my Facebook page (please pop over and Like or Follow) I choose a product pick of the week to feature. This week, it’s the Conversation Bubbles bundle. I’ll have tutorials for you this week, that share different ideas for using the stamps, the dies and both together.

In the tutorial below, I take you step by step through creating the quick conversation thank you card. I also have a supply list for purchasing anything you don’t already own.

Start with an small square card of Mango Melody. Mat with Rain or Shine Specialty DSP. Using Memento Black ink, stamp a sentiment from the Conversation Bubbles set onto a small scrap of Basic White card. Die cut out with the matching Conversation Bubbles die (or alternatively fussy cut out (see video). Pop up on the card front with dimensionals. Using the 2″ Circle, punch out one of the characters from the Rain or Shine Specialty DSP. Pop this up on the card front with more dimensionals.

Here’s a short video showing how this quick card comes together. I also suggest an alternative DSP to use for the background and main element in case the Rain or Shine Specialty DSP has sold out. Please subscribe to my Youtube channel to see my quick cards and quick tips each week.
