Today’s card is a birthday card with a surprise inside. The new Party Pop-Up thinlits make these inserts really easy 🙂

The card base is an A6 portrait of Island Indigo. A card layer of Whisper White was stamped with the sentiment and the balloon threads from the Party Wishes set in Island Indigo ink and then run through the Confetti embossing folder sponged with Pool Party, Mint Macaron and Blushing Bride before adhering direct to the card front. The dinky balloon from the set was stamped with all three ink colours, punched out with balloon from the Party Punch Pack and sponged along one edge. Each was popped up on a sliver of dimensional. A small bow of Pool Party Glitter Ribbon was added over the balloon threads.

The Party Wishes stamp set and the Party Punch Pack (which also contains dinky cupcake and candle punches) can be purchased as a bundle saving 15%.

The Whisper White insert was die cut with one of the Party Pop-Up thinlits and stamped with a sentiment in Pool Party. Small strips of Cherry on Top DSP were used to edge the insert.
