Today’s Pretty Label birthday card is another of the cards that we made in our May Card class. I’m going to share all our May cards with you so that you have an idea of what to expect at our card classes.
They are still simple enough that a beginner can complete them (with a little help if they want it). The idea behind our monthly card classes is that they’re not too technical and you have chance to relax and socialise. Card bases and layers are pre-cut for you but you still have some stamping, punching or die cutting and assembly to do. I also provide tips along the way. Experienced crafters are welcome to switch their designs around.

Colour Combo
The colour combination mixes Calypso Coral, So Saffron and Old Olive.
Instructions
Start with an A6 portrait of Calypso Coral. Onto a card front layer of So Saffron, adhere a large panel of Share What You Love Specialty DSP on the right and then a very skinny strip of Calypso Coral card to the left of it. Adhere those layers direct to the card front. Using Black Stazon ink, stamp the birthday sentiment from the Label Me Pretty set onto a scrap of Whisper White card. Colour in with Calypso Coral and Old Olive Markers and punch out with the Pretty Label punch. Punch another Pretty Label from Calypso Coral card, snip it in half lengthways and adhere behind the stamped version. Pop the labels up on the card front with dimensionals.
Adhere Frames Elements around the left edge of the labels. Tie a bow of Calypso Coral Sheer Ribbon and attach it between the wooden elements with a Mini Glue Dot.
On the Whisper White insert, stamp a sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays using Black Stazon ink. Add a strip of Share What You Love DSP down the right hand side.
Thanks for stopping by.
