Easter’s not so very far away now is it? So here’s an oldie but goodie from my project box, that I dusted off and updated with some pretty new papers and punches 

The round box is an empty embellishment container – after I’ve used all the SU! buttons out of it. A Scallop Circle Bigz (113468) was die cut from So Saffron card for the bonnet base. The 2-1/2″ Circle punch (120906) was used for the bonnet top and strips of So Saffron card used to wrap the box base and lid. All these So Saffron pieces were run through the Big Shot in the Square Lattice folder  (119976) before adhering to the cover the box. Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon (126848) was wrapped around the bonnet. A selection of the Pansy (130698), Petite Petals (133322) and Itty Bitty flowers (118309) were punched from Watercolor Wonder DSP (132994), secured through the centres with Mini Brads (122941) and adhered to the brim of the bonnet.

More of the Gumball Green ribbon  was wrapped into a bow, adhered to the back of the bonnet and ribbon tails snipped into banners.

And when you lift the lid …

Hmmm, there may still be a few mini eggs left in the original bag … but not for long
