Halloween Treat Bag

October 9, 2017

Another Halloween project today and this is a paper bag for popping a little treat into.

We used a Cellophane Bag filled with individual M&Ms but you could easily pop a small packet from a multipack into the bag.

The Mini Treat Bag Thinlits were used to die cut a bag from Spooky Night DSP. Stars (from the same thinlit set) were cut into the front centre panel of the bag before assembling. A panel of Very Vanilla was stamped with a sentiment from the Spooky Cat set using Pumpkin Pie ink. Using Basic Black ink, the “written words cat” from the same stamp set was stamped onto Pumpkin Pie card and punched out with the Cat punch. The hat from the set was stamped with Basic Black ink onto Very Vanilla card and then fussy cut out. Pumpkin Pie ink was used to add the buckle to the hat. A couple of slits were cut into the brim of the hat for the cat’s ears to stick through and then both cat and hat were put on the mat (lol) with dimensionals. More dimensionals were used to pop the mat/panel up on the front of the bag.

Thanks for stopping by.
